Recording now available: Understanding GN webinar
A recording is now available for a webinar recently hosted by the American Malting Barley Association (AMBA) featuring Harmonie Bettenhausen, director of the Hartwick College Center for Craft Food & Beverage, to discuss the implications of barley in the distilling process and issues related to the production of glycosidic nitrile. The webinar featured a live presentation and included a Q&A session.
