National Barley Improvement Committee signs onto several letters advocating for federal agricultural research support
The National Barley Improvement Committee recently joined several other agricultural organizations in signing onto a series of letters urging members of the Senate and House Subcommittees on Agriculture Appropriations to maintain and increase support for federal agricultural research, which has a proven $20 return on investment for every $1 spent.
