AMBA’s newest member is Crazy Mountain, a new non-alcoholic brew from the same founders as the popular Casamigos brand. Looking to capture the growing NA beverage market, Crazy Mountain offers a premium non-alc lager-style brew. Dana Sedin, Chief Product Officer at Crazy Mountain, was well aware of the value of AMBA in his previous roles throughout the brewing industry. After coming to Crazy Mountain, he was eager to re-engage in order to support agricultural research related to brewing. He looks forward to the education offered through the Association so that the Crazy Mountain team can stay well informed on their barley supply chain. AMBA is excited to bring on new members, like Crazy Mountain, which supports our purpose to advance a resilient supply of quality malting barley by unifying stakeholders to leverage innovative research, development, and advocacy efforts. This is accomplished by building a network of engaged barley interests so that the best available research informs the development and production of the U.S. malting barley crop.
