Creature Comforts Brewing Company joins AMBA
Creature Comforts Brewing Company is a purpose-driven craft brewery based in Athens, founded in 2014. Creature Comforts has experienced incredible growth since its inception, expanding into a second production facility in Athens as well as a brewery and taproom in Los Angeles. The Athens location is the Official Taproom, Official Craft Beer, and Official Craft Seltzer of the University of Georgia Athletics. Get Comfortable, the company's philanthropic arm, was awarded the Best Community Improvement Program by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for its efforts to improve third-grade reading proficiency.
Creature Comfort’s membership to AMBA is driven by their desire to learn more about, and support, various malting barley research initiatives. They look forward to being a part of the community, to learn from others, and to understand more about the present and future of malting barley.
AMBA is excited to bring on new members, like Creature Comforts, which furthers our mission to encourage and support production of an adequate supply of high quality malting barley for our various end-user members. This is accomplished by building a network of engaged barley interests so that the best available research informs the development and production of the U.S. malting barley crop.
