2016 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point/Preventive Contr

This 2.0 day short course is intended to provide HACCP and food safety training to maltsters that are interested in developing food safety plans. Topics will include application of GMP’s, SOP’s, regulations, recalls, and development of HACCP and Preventive Control plans. Individuals that complete the course will be both HACCP trained as recognized by the International HACCP Alliance and a Preventive Control Qualified Individual as recognized by the Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance. These trainings are universally recognized by USDA/FDA and other regulatory agencies.?
